We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Each order is packed with love and made to order, so please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Note that all prices on our site are listed in USD. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we'll discuss the return options. Due to the nature of our products, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted. You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store in one or two weeks, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. Your order will be held at the store for several calendar days. We'll send you reminder emails as well to let you know your order it ready for pickup.

We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience an off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders. If you have an issue that isn't covered below, please reach out to our team and we'll help work through a solution. Shipping Accuracy: Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgment. No weekend deliveries available. Orders are shipped 1-3 Day Priority Shipping, depending on your location. The order placing cut-off is Wednesday at 1:00 pm ET to receive delivery the same week. Orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday only, no exceptions. No P.O. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, if a PO Box is provided and your order is received damaged your claim will not be considered. Refunds and Replacements: Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All Sales Are Final! In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer. Ordering Policy: Orders can be placed over the phone or via email from 10 am to 3 pm ET Monday – Friday (Except Holy Days) or 24 hours and 6 days a week via our company website. Please note we do close for the Sabbath weekly. For security purposes, we do not accept order information via email. Cancellation Policy or Change of Order: Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 1:00 pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation. Handling and Freshness: All perishable products shipped from Royal Blue Health are shipped frozen. Please freeze or refrigerate the products immediately upon receipt. Products must remain frozen until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 14 days from receipt of the order. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring and properly stored in the freezer will remain fresh and delicious. International Shipping: International orders may accrue additional custom fees not associated with Royal Blue Health's shipping cost. Please note Royal Blue Health is not responsible for any additional fees that may apply once your order has been shipped. Additionally, if your order is delayed due to customs Royal Blue Health has a 14-day shipping grace period for shipping discrepancies and claims if your order is not received within the 14-day window Royal Blue Health will not be held liable for any damaged items outside of this 14-day period. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
